The Rt Revd Cyril Henry Golding-Bird was an Anglican bishop in the early decades of the 20th century. Canterbury.'' The Times Wednesday, Dec 22, 1897; pg. 3; Issue 35393; col C〕 he was initially a curate at All Saint’s Margaret Street〔(Parish web-site )〕 and then a missionary priest in South Africa. After time as vicar of St Barnabas', Dover, he began a long period of service overseas: first as Dean of the Falkland Islands; then a similar post in Newcastle, New South Wales following which he was ordained to the episcopate as Bishop of Kalgoorlie.
